PK Cards- The Broken Seal Game Overview

In today’s day and age, it seems as if with all of the computer and game console games that are available, kids just do not like playing the good old fashioned strategy and physical games that we played in our youth. Of course this is just not true because time and time again, parents have found out that their children love playing these kinds of games. One of the more recent card trading games that has just been made available to the markets world wide is known as PK: The Broken Seal.

In the PK: The Broken Seal cards game, there is a bit of a hint of the old trading card game Magic: The Gathering. The reasons for this are due to its usage of 5 elements, but these elements are completely different. They are based on the Chinese element circle which includes Fire, Wood, Metal, Water and of course Earth.

In game play, you are represented in battle by an Avatar. There are a total of 7 rounds of combat, which in PK: The Broken Seal are known as sorties, in every single match. However, there are basically an unlimited number of potential matches which can be won or lost until the game is finished. As you win a match though, you develop prestige points which you incur throughout the game play. The main goal of the game is to reach a pre-set amount of prestige points first in order to win. As you win matches, your number goes up, but losses cause your points number to go down until eventually someone wins.

Besides the Avatar which represents you in the game play, in PK: The Broken Seal, there is also 4 different troop types that can be used in a match. These troops include the Henchmen, Allies, Legends as well as Champions. However, each of these cards also needs to be properly supported in battle or otherwise you gain penalty points which can cause you to loose a round or even the entire match.

You also have creature and power cards which can be used in battle in order to increase your Avatar’s power or weaken your opponents’. However, some cards can only be used in the beginning of battle and stay in effect until the match is over. This is of course one of the hardest challenges for anyone who is interested in playing the PK: The Broken Seal cards game; the rules.

There are a lot of rules which you need to learn in order to play this trading card game. But do not worry because the best way to learn them is to actually play the game itself. For beginners, it is important to start off with a starter deck to ensure that you get a well-balanced chance at actually learning the game and of course winning it. These starter decks are based also on the Chinese elemental circle and include the Red or Fire deck, Yellow or Earth deck, Gray or Metal deck as well as the Blue or Water Deck. As you know, there is also the element of wood which is used in the game, but unfortunately as of currently there is no Green or Wood starter deck available.
